Branding an Inaugural Energy Expo

Opportunity

As a leading organization in the energy sector, the Connecticut Power and Energy Expo (CPES) sought to establish a remarkable presence with the launch of the Connecticut Energy Expo. My task was to translate this vision into a visual identity that would resonate with the target audience and effectively communicate the expo's significance.

Services

I provided a comprehensive suite of design services to bring the Connecticut Energy Expo to life. This included crafting a distinctive logo, developing an engaging website to serve as a central hub for information, creating compelling social graphics to generate buzz across digital platforms, and designing eye-catching flyers to promote the expo both online and offline.

Approach

My approach was grounded in a deep understanding of CPES's mission and the unique aspects of the energy sector. I collaborated closely with the client, conducting thorough research to capture the industry's essence. The design process involved iterative feedback loops, ensuring that each element, from the logo to the website layout, resonated with the expo's theme of innovation and collaboration. I utilized motion graphics for social media posts in order to capture the attention of the public.

Outcome

The culmination of our efforts was the successful inaugural Connecticut Energy Expo. The logo, website, social graphics, and flyers collectively contributed to a cohesive and impactful brand presence. The event drew in a diverse array of vendors and attendees, establishing itself as a key annual gathering in the energy sector. The positive response from participants and the community underscored the effectiveness of our design work in bringing the client's vision to fruition.
